Calling all Hobie Hawk Sailors, it’s time to show the world what Hilarious, Active and Wicked Kids you are!

Notice of Race: Hobie Hawk Titles

Schedule of events:

There will be a maximum of 9 super short back to back races over one day. Minimum of 3 races will make a series.

Afternoon races will most likely be off-the-beach starts and include some novelty challenges; these will be at the Race Officer’s discretion and rules discussed prior to races commencing

Saturday 1st of April 2023, race briefing at 10:00am downstairs.

Sailing commencing at 10:30am.

We will take a break for lunch (BYO)

No race will start after 4:30pm

There will be a family BYO BBQ dinner and presentations at 6:30pm, so please come along and stay for both dinner and presentations.

Eligibility of entry:

This regatta is open to all Hobie Hawks.

All skippers must be financial members of Somers Yacht Club.

All entries shall be via our web page.

Rules:

We will race according to the Racing Rules stated by Somers Yacht Club Notice of Race 2022-23 season.

Sailing instructions will be discussed at briefing.
