Entree - 3 pieces per person, placed on sharing boards on the tables
* gravelax of ocean trout, crème fraiches, blinis and lemon myrtle dust
* lamb kofta on sweet potato disks with minted yoghurt
* zucchini and halloumi fritters with beetroot relish
* rare roasted beef, slow roasted vine tomatoes and horse radish on a saltbush toasted pita
Mains (choice of one, served with a shared platter of green veg and roasted root veg)
* slow cooked lamb shank in a rich red wine gravy
* confit of salmon with fennel Romulade
* roast vegetable stack with pesto and goats feta, on a red capsicum sauce.
Desserts- 3 per person, placed on sharing boards on tables
* lemon tart
* carrot cake with French meringue
* raspberry and hazelnut dust meringue dipped in chocolate served with cream
* chocolate ganache and pecan tartlet
