YACHT CLUB SECURITY

Members who are accessing the club during the winter months are reminded to ensure the Yard is securely locked when they leave and that the Clubhouse has been alarmed if they have been inside. This means that the FOB must be tapped 3 times on the outside sensor until a blue and red light are visible. Sometimes this must be done more than once. Please ensure you see a red and blue light.

TRIVIA NIGHT - SATURDAY 13th SEPTEMBER 2025

ROCKWALL REPAIR

DEECA will be carrying out repair works to the rock wall revetment to the west of the Club - the rock wall in front of 9 and 7 The Promenade. This will involve using the Crown land behind the sea rescue shed (to the west) as a staging ground. They will access the beach over the rock wall through the staging ground. At some point they will require access for lighter equipment through our leased area on the beach side of the clubhouse. The process has commenced and will take 6-8 weeks to complete. DEECA have committed to reinstating back to current condition.
